Astral Media Radio promotes one, adds one

Astral Media Radio of Toronto has promoted Veronica Low to director of business development. Low joined the company two years ago as new business manager. Anne Des Rochers has been hired as business development manager. She was previously an advertising consultant at Montreal radio station Rock Détente 107.3.
