Institute of Corporate Directors hires Doug & Serge

The Institute of Corporate Directors has retained Doug & Serge of Toronto to handle a rebranding assignment. The not-for-profit association represents 7,500 Canadian directors and boards in the for-profit, not-for-profit and Crown sectors. Doug & Serge won the account in a review process that followed a brand positioning and visual identity review by the organization. The assignment includes the development of brochures and ad templates making use of a new visual treatment, as well as a new website. Additional collateral materials and advertising creative will roll-out in the near future.

"We were very impressed with both the quality of the creative the Doug & Serge team produces, and just as importantly the added value strategic perspective they brought to our recent brand positioning review," said Vicki Jordan, vice-president of marketing and member services at the institute. "Their strategic insights helped us crystalize our new brand positioning which will also help ensure we more effectively tell the important ICD story to our key stakeholders and prospective members."
