Galipeau joins Yahoo Canada

Yahoo Canada of Toronto has appointed Claude Galipeau to the position of country manager. He will be responsible for the company's sales and operations. He was previously principal of media consulting company GalipeauGroup. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of Syncapse. Galipeau was also senior vice-president and digital media general manager at Rogers Media, vice-president of digital media at Astral Media, senior vice-president of digital media at Alliance Atlantis Communications and executive director of digital programming and business development at CBC.
