Yahoo promotes Hulsman

Yahoo Canada has promoted Noel Hulsman to the position of head of media. He joined the company in 2011 as managing editor of finance and autos. Prior to that, he spent five years as an editor at the Globe and Mail. He was also an editor at BCBusiness Magazine.
