Dare Vancouver adds three

Dare Vancouver has hired David Giovando as a copywriter and Todd Takahashi and Natee Likitsuwankool as art directors. Takahashi was previously an art director at Rethink, Burnkit and Tribal DDB. Likitsuwankool was previously an art director at Y&R Toronto, Rethink and BBDO Bangkok. Giovando also previously worked at Rethink.
