Y&R Toronto adds four

Y&R Toronto has appointed Marcia Thompson to the position of vice-president and director of project management. She was previously head of project management at Leo Burnett. David Chant has joined the agency as director of digital production. He formerly operated his own digital production company and held various positions at MacLaren McCann. Ariel Pagliuso has been appointed senior designer. He has previously worked at Leo Burnett and Downtown Partners. Natee Likitsuwankool has joined the firm as art director. He has spent the last two years at Rethink Communications.
