National Public Relations acquires Madano Partnership

National Public Relations of Montreal has acquired Madano Partnership a communications agency based in London, UK. The purchase is intended to expand National's presence in the United Kingdom and Europe. Madano, founded in 2004, specializes in corporate communications and public affairs. The two firms have previously collaborated on an informal basis. "Madano is a highly successful business with leaders who share our vision and long term commitment to creating value for our clients," said Ralph Sutton, international managing partner at National. "There is great synergy between our businesses that will help us expand internationally in key sectors. We both believe strongly in the importance of our work being informed by research. The combination of Madano's research team with National's newly-launched analytics and insights service is a great example of the synergies between our businesses, and this will provide all our clients a very valuable resource in the future." National is owned by Res Publica Consulting Group of Montreal.
