Rogers Communications debuts loyalty program

Rogers Communications of Toronto has introduced a new customer loyalty program called Rogers First Rewards. The program covers the company's wireless, telephone, cable television and Internet customers, who will be automatically enrolled as the program rolls out to various regions. Participants will receive loyalty points that can be redeemed for a selection of Rogers products and services. "Our customers have told us they want to be rewarded for their loyalty and we've listened to their feedback," said John Boynton, chief marketing officer at Rogers Communications. "We've worked diligently over the last few years to create an easy and simple program to thank our customers for their business and to show our appreciation."
