New managing director at Cossette Media Toronto

Mike Rumble has been appointed to the position of vice-president and managing director of Cossette Media in Toronto. He was most recently director of connection planning at Taxi. Prior to that, he spent five years as vice-president of customer service at Media Experts. He has also worked at OMD in Vancouver. Rumble will begin work at Cossette on April 1.
