New partners at Casacom

Montreal-based public relations agency Casacom has appointed Carolyn Ray and Annick Bélanger to the position of managing partner of its Toronto and Montreal offices, respectively. They are the firm's only partners other than company founder and president Marie-Josée Gagnon. Ray has headed the Toronto office since its launch in 2011. Bélanger joined Casacom in 2006 and has headed the Montreal office since 2011.
