Media Experts has appointed Debbie Hoover to the position of group account director in Toronto. She joined the agency in 2006 as the planning account director for the WestJest account. Mike Rumble has been promoted to the position of group account director in Vancouver. He joined the firm in 2007 as the planning account director for the Telus Consumer Solutions account.
