GCI Group promotes O'Connell

Toronto-based GCI Group has promoted Rosalind O'Connell to the position of vice-president of its healthcare practice. She joined the company in 2011 as director of the practice. Prior to that, she was a healthcare account director at Edelman and a senior consultant in the healthcare practice at Hill & Knowlton. She has also worked at Manning Selvage & Lee, Courtney Rainey Group, Mary Crotty Public Relations and ITPR.
