Toyota Canada to break new campaign during Super Bowl

Toyota Canada will break a new television commercial for its RAV4 sport utility vehicle during this weekend's broadcast of the Super Bowl. The ad, called "Overdog," is will be exclusive to Canada and depicts a competition between two neighbouring dogs. The ad is the first phase of a new campaign that will encourage Canadians to use the RAV4 for play. It will be followed by two 30-second commercials that will run through March, accompanied by print and online advertising, social media activities and other promotion. "Our new ad is an entertaining way to send an important message to Canadians about how the RAV4 can enhance their lives, especially when it comes to their play time and all the different leisure pursuits people enjoy in this country," said Warren Orton, director at Toyota Canada. "The Canadian-built RAV4 delivers the versatility people need, with legendary quality, durability, reliability and safety, plus more cargo capacity. But it's also very fun to drive."
