Apex Public Relations gains two clients

Apex Public Relations of Toronto has recently gained two new accounts. Outdoor power equipment maker Husqvarna Canada has retained the firm as its agency of record. The assignment includes Canadian corporate media relations and consumer engagement activities for the brand's line of lawn and garden equipment. Snack food company Taste of Nature, based in Markham, ON, has also hired Apex as its agency of record. This assignment comprises corporate and consumer communications for the brand, including social media activities and branding initiatives. "Everyone at Apex is very excited to start 2013 with two such diverse new clients," said agency president Linda Andross. "Taste of Nature is one of the few high-minded snack bars being produced. Their global distribution and commitment to being certified organic, gluten free, and non-GMO made them an ideal client to kick start the year. Husqvarna is recognized throughout the world as a leader in outdoor equipment. They're a global brand of distinction and we look forward to working with the Canadian arm in both a business to business and business to consumer capacity."
