Tennis Canada conducts online Rogers Cup campaign

Tennis Canada has begun an online marketing campaign intended to increase ticket sales to the upcoming Rogers Cup tennis tournament. The initiative, developed by Field Day of Toronto, includes email advertising, Facebook ads and social media activities directing viewers to the Rogers Cup ticket website at <http://toronto.rogerscup.com>. Visitors to the site can enter a draw for a trip for two to Montreal to watch the women's finals. "Our goal was to help fans quickly access and view all of the great ticketing options and find the one that best suits their needs," said Andrew Arntfield, president and creative director of Field Day. "We've worked with Tennis Canada on a variety of projects since 2008 and have a solid understanding of the interests and motivations of the tennis fan. This campaign speaks to their passions, and the website makes it easy and intuitive to understand the Rogers Cup ticket package options. Ultimately, the campaign and website help to facilitate an immediate ticket purchase while fans are engaged and motivated."
