Toronto-based Loopmedia has recently hired three new staff members. Shawn Preece-Hall has joined the firm's sales and marketing department in a business development capacity. He was most recently vice-president of marketing and partnership development at TheSubstream. Mert Ozcan and Burak Ozcan have joined Loop as a developer and interactive designer, respectively. They specialize in interactive, web and flash-based projects.
