Loopmedia promotes one, hires one

Toronto-based Loopmedia has promoted Stefany Bakelaar to the position of associate producer. She joined the company a year ago as a project manager. Prior to that, she worked at ISX and Brightspark Travel. Kelsey McGrath has joined the company as a production coordinator. She was previously at Spin VFX.
