Metro adds one, promotes two

Metro English Canada of Toronto has appointed Quin Millar to the newly-created position of sales vice-president. He will lead the company's national, digital and Toronto regional sales departments. Millar was previously director of integrated advertising at Postmedia. Steve Shrout has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice-president and group publisher of Metro Western Canada. He joined the company four years ago. Jodi Brown has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice-president of marketing and interactive at Metro English Canada. She also joined the firm four years ago.
