Smith joins Metro English Canada

Toronto-based Metro English Canada has appointed Jeff Smith to the position of creative vice-president. He will lead the newspaper company's creative department and will work to integrate advertisers with the Metro brand across its various platforms. Smith was most recently associate vice-president of digital marketing and merchandising at TD Bank Group.
