O'Connell joins MediaCom Canada

MediaCom Canada of Toronto has appointed Theresa O'Connell to the newly-created position of managing partner and head of human resources and talent. She will be responsible developing and leading the agency's human resources, talent and training activities. O'Connell was previously senior director of human resources for central and western Canada at Transcontinental Interactive. She was also vice-president of human resources at Totem and executive director at O'Connell & Partners.
