Douglas joins Initiative

Toronto-based media agency Initiative has appointed Emily Douglas to the newly-created position of vice-president of partnerships. She will focus on external media company relations. Douglas was most recently director of digital investment department at Touché. She has also worked at Mediacom Canada.
