Moores conducts Canadian Suit Drive street promotion

Men's clothing retailer Moores conducted a promotion on July 29 in Calgary in support of its "Canadian Suit Drive" initiative. During the promotion, a group of promotional workers wearing only boxers, socks, dress shoes and ties visited the streets of the city carrying signs reading "Give The Suit Off Your Back." The effort was intended to raise awareness of the company's national program to collect used professional clothing to donate to unemployed workers. Similar events took place in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg last week. The initiative will run until Aug. 31. It also includes a website at <http://www.canadiansuitdrive.com>.
