New publisher at L'actualite

Rogers Publishing has appointed Carole Beaulieu to the position of publisher and editor-in-chief of L'actualité magazine. Beaulieu has been editor-in-chief of the magazine since 1998. She joined the magazine in 1989 as a journalist.
