National Public Relations adds two

National Public Relations has appointed Chris Froggatt to the position of managing partner of its Ottawa office. Froggatt was previously chief of staff to the John Baird, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities. He was also a senior advisor to Preston Manning when he was Opposition Leader. Leah Murray has joined National in the position of director. Murray has previously done communications and marketing work the Treasury Board Secretariat, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Natural Resources Canada, among others.
