BrandSpark International conducts global shopping survey
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based BrandSpark International, in association with IMI International, has begun am initiative called the "Global Shopper Survey" that will study the habits of consumers in Australasia, Europe and North America. "Many of our clients operate globally and this expanded study will increase the depth of insight we can offer from additional markets," says Robert Levy, president of BrandSpark. "Canadians are more concerned with the environment while Americans value convenience and simplification more. This insight lets marketers know that although Canada and the US are culturally similar, the strategy for a successful word-of-mouth campaign in the US might need to be adjusted for the Canadian market."
