RDS promotes one, adds one

RDS has promoted Michel Blain to the position of sales manager for English Canada and the USA. Blain was most recently an account manager responsible for relations with the network's external offices. Paul Desjardins has been appointed account manager. He has previously worked at CTV and Global. RDS is a division of CTVglobemedia.
