LIFESTART LEARNING INFOMERCIAL

The Toronto offices of Young & Rubicam and Firstcom Cato Johnson will be launching the first infomercial for multimedia company Lifestart Learning Systems of Vancouver in the fourth quarter of this year. The 30-minute spot teaches couples about planning a pregnancy and caring for a child during its first year. It will promote a guide which consists of two audio tapes and a full-length video made by Lifestart. Toronto-based Firstcom will create the informercial and take the phone calls from viewers. Northern Lights of Toronto will handle production. Y&R will do media planning and buying. Lifestart is a year-and-a-half old company that produces educational and entertainment videos.
