Canwest Publishing hires two

Canwest Publishing has appointed Paul Burns to the position of vice-president and general manager of its mobile division. He was previously director of IPTV, mobile and broadband at Sympatico MSN. Jeff Coleman has joined the company as director of local digital products. He was most recently new media director at EMI Music Canada.
