New editor at Ottawa Citizen

Canwest Publishing has appointed Gerry Nott to the position of editor-in-chief at The Ottawa Citizen.  Nott was most recently editor-in-chief at Canwest News Service. He has also worked at The Hamilton Spectator, The Windsor Star and The Calgary Herald. Scott Anderson, senior vice-president of content at Canwest Publishing, will take over the additional position of editor-in-chief at Canwest News Service.
