Zulu Alpha Kilo opens in Toronto

A new agency called Zulu Alpha Kilo has opened in Toronto. The founder of the firm is Zak Mroueh, formerly chief creative officer at Taxi Canada. He has also worked at Chiat Day, BBDO and McCann Erickson in the UK. "It's always been my dream to create a 100% self-funded independent shop," said Mroueh. "With this freedom, my sole focus can be on our clients and the work we create on their behalf. Zulu Alpha Kilo's sole mission will be to discover the alternative path. I want to build a creative communications company that has a profound passion for the quality of its work, and I want clients to get excited about being active participants in the journey. Regardless of skill set, everyone will belong to one company-wide creative group. Clients will benefit from department-free creativity and our promise to deliver the unexpected."
