Powers Agency buys Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies

Powers Agency of Cincinnati has acquired an ownership position in Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies of Welland, ON. Tri-Media specializes in Internet communication services such as content management, marketing and electronic commerce, among others. "This move gives our clients access to the most innovative and dependable technologies available so we can bring interactive strategies to life quickly and cost-effectively," said company president Lori Graf. "We're in a period of significant opportunity for multi-channel engagement with consumers. Our clients look to us to guide and advise them through the changing marketing landscape. These changes require new skills and new tools. We've made the investments in people and in technology to ensure our clients have the tools to reach and exceed their business objectives." Tri-Media has approximately 40 employees working in Ontario, Chicago, Europe and Asia. No financial details are available.
