Sun Life Financial hires ACLC

Sun Life Financial has retained ACLC of Toronto to develop a multi-media brand campaign that will be released in September. The assignment also includes media planning and buying. According to the company, this will be Sun Life’s first corporate advertising in several years. The new campaign is part of the company’s process of integrating its insurance products, sold under the name Clarica since 2002, back into the Sun Life brand. “[ACLC] showed an obvious understanding of the creative mandate,” said Michel Leduc, vice-president of public and corporate affairs at Sun Life. “We like the way they do business, and we had a very favourable impression of the agency and the people we met.”
