New chief creative officer at Arrivals & Departures

Arrivals & Departures has appointed Jason Locey to the position of chief creative officer in its Toronto office. He has spent the last six years at TBWA Chiat Day in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was a senior writer at TBWA Toronto and a senior writer at ACLC.
