Taxi Vancouver creates conference campaign

The British Columbia chapter of the American Marketing Association has retained Taxi Vancouver to develop a promotional campaign for its Vision 2007 marketing conference. The print creative features human-sized sponges in conference settings. The print and email ads direct viewers to a website located at <http://www.beasponge.com>. The campaign also includes radio ads, which offer advice on mental preparation for the event. “When you go to a conference like this, you want to soak up as much as you possibly can,” said Michael Mayes, creative director of Taxi Vancouver. “What better way to get that across than sponges?”
