Smak promotes two, hires one

Tuuli Hannula has moved from Vancouver-based Smak to the agency’s Toronto office to head national public relations for the firm. Hannula joined the agency two years ago when Smak established its PR practice in Vancouver. Smak has promoted Andrew Millard to the position of executioner in Toronto. He will focus on account planning. Sean Tyson has joined the agency in Vancouver as an account manager. He previously worked with Smak on the BC Lottery Corporation account on a project basis.
