New president at Smak

Smak of Toronto has appointed Nikki Hedstrom to the position of president. Hedstrom, who joined the agency seven years ago as an account planner, was most recently national account director. She has also worked at Newad. Founding partner Claire Lamont has become chair of the company's newly-formed board of directors.
"As Smak's chair of the board, I know the agency is in very capable hands with Nikki at the helm," said Lamont. "She has been a shining star since she joined Smak, and I am confident that the agency will flourish under her ongoing leadership."
