Parrish to depart Postmedia Network

Wayne Parrish will depart the position of chief operating officer of Toronto-based Postmedia Network on June 30. He joined the company as a consultant in 2010 and became COO in 2012. Parrish is also president and CEO of Basketball Canada. According to a statement from the company, Postmedia is currently reviewing its organizational structure.
"We've achieved several significant goals, have a strong team in place, and with the Sun Media acquisition complete, it's the right moment for me to take advantage of other opportunities," said Parrish.
