Beauty & Bliss hires Gloss

Toronto-based Gloss, a division of Veritas Communications, has been retained to handle public relations and media relations for the launch of an annual spa event called Beauty & Bliss. Gloss received the assignment without a review “based on its tailored experience and salient synergies between the two parties,” according to the company. During the event, which will run from May 13 to 26, a number of Toronto-area spas will offer a range of services at discounted prices. “Gloss is able to effectively communicate this unique offering to our target audience because they are the Gloss demographic,” said Sharon Hunt, creative director of the event. Gloss specializes in communications aimed at women between the ages of 22 and 30.
