Wal-Mart releases new commercial in Quebec

Retail chain Wal-Mart Canada has released a new television commercial in Quebec. In the 30-second ad, created by Allard Johnson of Montreal, company spokescharacter Smiley gets caught in the gears of a cuckoo clock, causing the anthropomorphic pricetag playing the part of the cuckoo to jump out of the clock with increasing speed. With each jump, numbers fall off the tag, revealing a lower price. The commercial broke exclusively on Radio-Canada on March 27.
