Alphaform Group purchased by management

The Toronto-based Alphaform Group of Companies has been purchased by staff members Brian Kearns and Aaron Zifkin, along with Succession Capital Corporation. The Alphaform Group consists of Alphaform Exhibits & Design, Alphaform Exhibit Systems and International Installations. The group specializes in three-dimensional marketing exhibits. Kearns has become president of the company, while Zifkin has become vice-president of business and strategic development. Former CEO Gregory Weeden has retired, but will remain an advisor to the company he founded in 1978. “We are now in the position to offer unparalleled resources and expertise to elevate our clients’ program performance and drive superior returns on their marketing and display investments,” said Kearns. Alphaform’s clients include Jaguar, Land Rover, American Express, Sirius Satellite Radio, Owens Corning, the Royal Bank of Canada and the National Hockey League.
