Brendon to depart Institute of Communications and Advertising

Rupert Brendon will leave the positions of president and CEO of the Toronto-based Institute of Communications and Advertising at the end of the year. Prior to joining the institute in 1996, Brendon was CEO af D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles for 16 years. He also founded the National Advertising Benevolent Society of Canada in 1983. Brendon plans to spend more time on his personal businesses, including a book and website about advertising return on investment.
