Ad ROI opens in Toronto

A new marketing and brand communication consulting firm called Ad ROI has opened in Toronto. The company aims to advise advertisers and ad agencies on ways to increase the return on their brand communication spending. Its services will include performance evaluation, agency searches, relationship management and training workshops. The firm was founded by Dan Reynolds, Adrian Sark, Chris Coleman and Rupert Brendon. Sark and Reynolds have together operated a marketing consulting company by that name since 1996. Coleman was most recently vice-president of customer marketing at Hershey Canada. Brendon is currently president and CEO of the Institute of Communications and Advertising. He will officially join Ad ROI when his term there ends in January. “This is a way to focus our experience, cumulatively over 100 years, to help advertisers and their agencies to continuously improve their effectiveness and efficiency,” said Reynolds. “Increased complexity in communications across media, channels and modes requires better management within strict budgets.”
