Hill & Knowlton adds one, promotes two

Ottawa-based Hill & Knowlton has promoted two and hired one in its integrated communications unit. Jackie King has been promoted to the position of vice-president. She joined the unit in 1999. Amy Evans has been promoted to the position of senior consultant. Prior to joining the agency, she worked as a policy analyst at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Annie Cossette has been hired by the unit as a consultant. She previously worked at the Embassy of Canada in Paris and in the communications unit of the Minister of International Trade. Prior to that, she spent two years in the Prime Minister’s press office.
