Hill & Knowlton Strategies Canada has promoted Jackie King to the position of Canadian lead for the agency's global change and internal communications practice group. King, who has been with Hill & Knowlton for 14 years, also remains vice-president and corporate communications group leader at the agency's Ottawa office.
