H-P CUTS PRICES

U.S.-based Hewlett-Packard recently cut prices in North America by up to 16% on three Vectra PC models, powered by Pentium chips. The price cuts are for the VL, XM and XU machines. This is the second time in just over three months that Hewlett-Packard has reduced Vectra prices. In August the computer maker cut its prices by up to 18%. Hewlett-Packard has been advertising its Vectra PCs since last January. In Canada, the ads are created by Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising of Toronto.
