DECIMA MILLWARD BROWN ALLIANCE

Decima Research and Millward Brown Canada, both of Toronto, have formed an alliance to provide public affairs research, advertising evaluation and brand tracking. Under the deal, Millward Brown will do the telephone research, and Decima will analyze it, and provide advice to clients. The operation will be run in London, Ont. and managed by Millward Brown. Decima is owned by Toronto-based Hill & Knowlton Canada. Millward Brown is part of the Millward Brown International Group.
