PADULO APPOINTS BONIFACE PRESIDENT

Padulo Integrated Inc. has announced the agency's new president. Richard Padulo, chairman and CEO announced the selection of John Boniface to head up the Toronto-based agency. The role was previously held by Padulo. He has stepped down and made the decision to appoint a successor. Boniface, who was most recently vice president, director client services, joined the agency in August of 1996. In that time, he has had the opportunity to work with all of the agency's clients, a role he say's will continue in his new position. Prior to joining the offices of Padulo, Boniface was with Vickers & Benson Advertising where he directed client's businesses including Molson Breweries, Lykes Pasco Inc., Pennzoil Motor Oil, Royal Doulton Canada and the Federal Government's Canada Savings Bond program. Before his time at V&B, Boniface was on the opposite side of the table, spending eight years with Carling O'keefe Breweries in a variety of positions including national brand manager. Boniface said his appointment allows him the opportunity to play an even greater role in the agency. He said he will devote a greater amount of time to new business and company management but will continue to spend the majority of his time working with Padulo's clients in achieving their communication goals. Padulo's client roster includes: CIBC, Suzuki, the Ontario Government, Toronto Hydro and Simmons Canada Inc.
