LA SENZA OPENS FOR BUSINESS ON NET

La Senza Lingerie of Dorval, Quebec is the latest retailer to open for business on the Internet. The lingerie retailer unveiled its Web site at <http:www.lasenza.com> last week and is supporting the launch with a media relations campaign and in-store promotion. La Senza operates 189 stores across Canada, all of which will be promoting the new virtual store with bag stuffers and additional point-of-sale materials. The online store will feature lingerie and intimate apparel for both women and men, as well as accessories, bath and body care products and gifts. La Senza is a subsidiary of Suzy Shier Ltd. Promotional materials were created in-house. PR for La Senza Lingerie is handled by Strategic Objectives of Toronto.
