MEDIACOM SUPPORTS FUND-RAISING CAMPAIGN FOR KIDS HELP PHONE
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based outdoor advertising company Mediacom has launched a national public service billboard campaign to raise funds for Kids Help Phone. Over the course of the next year, 600 English and French billboards will appear in communities across the country. The creative, designed by MacLaren McCann, features children's toys and copy such as "Susie's told only teddy about her uncle. Teddy won't call her a liar." The goal of the fund-raising efforts by Kids Help Phone is to both increase awareness of the organization among adults and encourage them to donate. Additional support to the campaign will include television and radio advertising. Mediacom operates over 16,000 outdoor advertising faces and production facilities across Canada.
