CRITICAL MASS REFLECTING ON NEW ACCOUNT

Reflect.com of San Francisco has hired Critical Mass of Calgary as its interactive agency-of-record. Reflect.com is a new interactive personalized beauty service formed in September by consumer goods company Procter & Gamble of Cincinnati, Ohio and Institutional Venture Partners (now known as RedPoint Ventures) of Menlo Park, California. Critical Mass won the account following a competition with two additional unconfirmed interactive agencies. Reflect.com is scheduled to launch in November with advertising support. Currently a direct mail campaign and print ads from Rapp Collins Worldwide of New York are promoting the beauty service.
